DANIEL FOO
Executive Chairman

With 40 years of experience, Daniel Foo is a seasoned and resourceful campaigner who has proven his mettle in various industries. His long and industrious career began with the Singapore National Service as an army Infantry Officer in 1977. He then joined the Singa Ship Management Company as a sea-going Marine Engineer in 1980, quickly rising in the ranks to Chief Engineer and later Technical Manager onshore. In 1990 he moved on to become the Managing Director of Atwin Group of companies, holding this position till his departure in 2008. Daniel then took charge as the CEO & Managing Director of GlobalOne group of companies in 2009, a role which he still occupies. Under his leadership GlobalOne has seen a manifold increase in portfolios of services and is one of the best global services companies in the Eastern Hemisphere today.




KEVIN LEW
Chief Executive Officer

Kevin has been working in the industry for over 30 years, with an outstanding portfolio that includes experience in finance and accounting, treasury, corporate finance and audit. He has prepared and helped 3 listed companies, 2 in the Singapore Stock Exchange and one in the NASDAQ, USA. Having worked in large organizations such as McDermott SEA Pte Ltd, Port of Singapore Authority and WBL Corporation Ltd, Kevin ’s experience has shaped him into a respected expert in this field. He has experience in industries ranging from marine engineering, contract manufacturing, port operations, property development and logistics.




SASIKUMAR NATARAJAN
Director - Projects

Sasikumar has over 24 years of career success in managing and executing projects in the oil and gas, offshore & marine industries. Highly experienced in project management, construction, engineering, field development, projects tendering, contracts, transportation & installation of MOPU and MODU units, completions, commissioning, and operations, including in fixed and floating production facilities.

He has hands-on experience in Offshore Drill Ships, Jack-up rigs, Semi-submersible rigs, FPSO, FSO, GLNG, pipelaying vessels and multi-purpose offshore vessels. His core strengths are in coordinating and directing the project teams, as well as controlling all required project management systems in EPCC projects, including wastewater treatment plant, waste gas treatment plant, and facilities management with O&M (operation and maintenance). He is skilled at effectively collaborating with clients, technical examiners, consultants and third-party agencies & vendors for testing and commissioning of the projects for timely delivery to clients.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of South Australia.



MIN SWE
Director - Projects & Commercial

With close to three decades of experience in the offshore, marine and oil & gas industries, Min Swe has successfully led and delivered over 30 complete turn-key projects, including accommodation living quarters for Jack-up rigs, Semi-submersibles, Drill ships, FPSOs and FSOs. He has also overseen more than 22 Operation Readiness Rig Intake Projects for Samsung Heavy Industries and Daewoo Shipyard, cementing his reputation as a hands-on leader who ensures operational readiness and compliance with the highest standards.

A Mechanical Design Engineer by training, Min Swe brings strong technical expertise across architectural, structural, piping, E&I, HVAC, fire safety and regulatory systems. His commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills enable him to balance technical precision with business goals, driving project success and client satisfaction. As Director Projects & Commercial, he continues to play a pivotal role in steering Global Offshore & Marine towards excellence in project execution and delivery.



JEFF ZHANG
Director - Commercial & Contracts

Mr. Zhang brings over 23 years of experience in the Marine and Oil & Gas industry, specializing in tendering, contract management, and budget control throughout project execution. He holds a Master degree in Naval Architecture from Tianjin University, China.

During his 8-year tenure with CSSC Group, Mr. Zhang built strong relationships with Chinese shipyards and fabricators, leveraging this network to source reliable suppliers and specialist services that meet stringent client requirements for projects in Singapore. He has also served as an onsite representative for rig owners during multiple refurbishment projects in China, consistently delivering results through efficient work organization.

Since 2010, Mr. Zhang has worked across various shipyards in Singapore and is now in his 10th year in GOM. He oversees the entire commercial cycle, including marketing, quotation, bidding, contract negotiation, purchase orders, billing, variation orders, and final settlement. His expertise in subcontractor management enables him to optimize costs and deliver win-win solutions for clients while maintaining quality and schedule. With a forward-looking approach, Mr. Zhang is actively driving GOM’s expansion into the renewable energy sector, with several projects successfully completed and more under development.
